Claims

How prize claims work

Every win is detected automatically. Small prizes go straight to your balance; larger prizes follow the official PCSO process with step-by-step support.

  • Win detection Automatic
  • Small prizes Direct to balance
  • Big prizes Official process
  • Claim window 1 year from draw

How it starts

Your win appears automatically

Every draw result is matched against your tickets the moment it resolves. When your numbers match, the winning ticket moves to your winnings section and you are notified. You see the prize amount, your ticket details, and the next steps. No manual checking, no outlet visit needed.

From win to payment

  1. Win is detected

Your account flags the winning ticket automatically and shows the prize, ticket number, and digital proof.

  2. Small prizes pay directly

Prizes below the official threshold are claimed on your behalf and credited to your balance, usually within days. Use it to play again or withdraw it.

  3. Large prizes follow the official path

Bigger wins need your identity documents, ticket proof, and official paperwork. Jackpot-level prizes may require a personal claim, and your physical winning ticket is released to you after verification.

  4. Money arrives in your account

Payouts are credited to your balance. Larger prizes are subject to withholding tax, and any disclosed fees are deducted from the prize. You never pay anything upfront.

How payout scales with the prize

  1. Small prizes Claimed for you, credited in days
  2. Large prizes Identity + paperwork, official PCSO process
  3. Jackpot Personal claim; physical ticket released after verification

Your proof is your evidence

Your ticket number and digital proof are already in your account. They connect you to a real physical PCSO ticket held securely on your behalf, and to a permanent record secured on the Constellation Network Blockchain. That record cannot be changed or deleted by anyone. For smaller prizes, proof plus your verified identity is all that is needed. For large claims, the physical winning ticket is released to you after verification.

You never pay anything upfront to claim a prize. Taxes and fees come out of the prize itself.
