Every ticket gets a unique official number the moment it is placed. That number ties your digital order to a real physical PCSO ticket, purchased and held securely on your behalf. It is the same number you would see on a paper ticket at an outlet.
What the digital proof shows
Your digital proof shows your entry exists. Open it any time to see your numbers, draw date, and status. Shortly after placement, the same information is permanently recorded on the Constellation Network Blockchain with Digital Evidence: your numbers, game selection, and purchase time. What if my proof does not appear after I place a ticket?
Proof appears once your ticket is placed, which is usually quick. If it has not appeared after a few minutes, contact support with your order confirmation and hold off on placing another ticket while it is checked.
Can someone else use my digital proof to claim my prize?
No. The proof shows the ticket exists, but only your verified account can claim the prize.
How long is my proof kept?
It stays in your account after the draw, even after a prize is claimed. Keep it for your records.
