Eligibility

Who can play PCSO lotto

Eligibility depends on your age, verification, and where Lotto.Works is available. Here is who can play official PCSO lotto, and who should not.

Eligibility

18 or older. That is the rule.

PCSO lotto is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and age is verified once when you open your account. There is no exception to the age rule.

Who can play

  • Adults aged 18 and over
  • Filipinos living in the Philippines
  • OFWs and Filipinos abroad, where Lotto.Works is available
  • Foreign nationals who are of legal age and can complete verification

Playing from abroad

Filipinos overseas and OFWs do not need to be in the Philippines to play official PCSO games where Lotto.Works is available. After a one-time age and identity check, a real physical PCSO ticket is purchased and held securely on your behalf, with digital proof secured on the Constellation Network Blockchain, permanently recorded and not changeable or deletable by anyone.

Who should not play

Anyone under 18 cannot play. Some people are also barred from gambling by rules that apply to them personally, for example certain government officials or their employees. If a rule applies to you, it is your responsibility to follow it. When in doubt, check the rules that govern your role before playing.
