Hot and cold numbers
A hot number is one drawn often lately. A cold number has not appeared in a while. Both are just descriptions of past results. Because draws are independent, neither type is more or less likely next time. A cold number is never due, and a hot number is never on a streak.

Birthday dates, sequences, grids, and paid number systems can be a fun way to choose numbers. None of them change the odds of a random draw. The mathematics is identical for every combination, every time, regardless of how the numbers were chosen.
